Client: WeWork

Project: Libertador Mil

Year: 2017

Area: 12,000 m2

Our collaboration began at the preliminary design stage, where we adjusted the preliminary sketches both to the local code and to the specific programmatic needs of the project and its physical context. To ensure accuracy, we performed a point cloud survey that allowed us to adjust the received BIM model to the built reality. This laid the groundwork for an efficient development aligned with site conditions.

Subsequently, we developed the Construction Documents, establishing new standards in Autodesk Revit, being this the first complete documentation in this platform made in Argentina. These standards were later used in projects in Argentina and Chile, consolidating a coherent and adaptable technical framework. We incorporated the construction and technical standards of architecture and facilities provided by Wework, integrating engineering to the BIM model to detect interferences, optimize resources and guarantee the quality of the design.

Given the client's global reach, communication played a key role. We used tools such as Fieldlens, Bluebeam, Zoom and Bim360 Design, ensuring agile and effective interaction. The process was complemented with on-site meetings at the client's offices and on-site assistance during construction. This collaborative approach ensured a highly efficient development aligned with international standards.
