The house was built in two stages to meet the needs of two different owners on a rectangular lot near the beautiful Río de la Plata. The original architectural design was respected, prioritizing integration with the surrounding lush vegetation and maintaining a charming coastal aesthetic. The staggered structure, which becomes lighter towards the heights, allowed grouping service areas efficiently to optimize spaces for social interaction. Thanks to this distribution, an interesting spatial dynamic is achieved that gives life to the house and makes it truly unique.
