The house, located on a lot facing a coastal canal in a gated community, is a single-story structure that integrates harmoniously with the topography of the canal's edge, blending in with its surroundings. The heart of the house is its interior courtyard, a central space that organizes and articulates the design, generating internal visual connections and filling the spaces with natural light.

The house is organized around this courtyard, with the bedrooms on one side, a sequence of kitchen, dining room, living room, gallery and garden on the other, and the main entrance together with a study and a playroom on the third side.

The use of noble materials such as exposed concrete, hardwood, glass and aluminum frames reinforce the connection with the environment, creating a harmonious and functional space.
