Faced with the challenge of designing a large gastronomic space, the fundamental premise was to create a single area, with enough articulation to offer different degrees of privacy and comfort to users. This articulation was achieved through three metallic elements with curved and iconic shapes, mounted on a wooden platform dyed in different shades of red, which formally dialogue with a folded wooden ceiling, generating a series of sub-spaces that vary the perception of the room. Both the central platform and the ceiling are framed by two long facades, with large windows and mirrors facing the avenue, and a façade-like furniture and an origami wallpaper on the opposite side. The red epoxy floor unifies the entire space, from which the two bars emerge, one for drinks and the other for sushi. Located in the Alcorta Palace, the dialogue between the historical and the new guided the selection of materials.
