This building is located on a high-traffic corner with a strong identity for the Caballito neighborhood in the center of Buenos Aires. Although it is considered a building between party walls, it has been formally conceived as a free-standing volume, with a plaque that flies over the corner and separates itself from the urban fabric. This "mark" accentuates the corner situation and becomes a neighborhood reference point. The organization of the floors proposes two different types that are stacked alternately, generating a dynamic movement on the façade and differentiating it from the typical repetitions. The main challenge was to maintain the order and rationality of the structures and installations, working the volume by subtraction to give synthesis and expressive force to the building.
