Paroissien Building

This office building, located on a lot between party walls with a main façade to the northwest, required special attention to the relationship between sunlight control, lighting and visuals. In addition, it was necessary to give it a certain character in order to be easily recognized from the street. The result is a zig-zag façade, with alternating blind and glazed aluminum panels arranged in a compositional arrangement. This succession of surfaces with different orientations and transparency made it possible to resolve the environmental conditions and achieve a unified facade over the entire height, a single element that gives character to the building. In this way, functional requirements and architectural expression merge, creating a recognizable image that is coherent with the program.
