This building, located on a lot with attractive views to the front, has the skin as the main element and generator of the project. Given the small size of the lot and its location between party walls, a glass façade was explored that is far from the traditional rectangular modulation. This expressive skin combines five different types of windows, generating variations on each level and linking each floor with the exterior in a particular way. Taking advantage of the southeast orientation, colorless glass was used to highlight the components of the façade, composed mainly of exposed concrete, aluminum and glass, seeking material simplification. In this way, the building's skin becomes the articulating element of the relationship between interior and exterior, defining the most prominent expression of the design.
