Landa River

Located on the Vicente López coast, facing the Río de la Plata, this building takes advantage of its privileged orientation towards the river and the coastal park through a terraced design that maximizes the views and generates private gardens. The glass façade establishes a constant visual connection with the river environment and the park, while the concrete sunshades on three of its sides serve a dual function: controlling the interior climate and providing privacy to the occupants. This set of integrated architectural strategies seeks to make the most of the conditions of the site facing the Río de la Plata and the coastal park, providing residents with the enjoyment of the views and terraces, without neglecting climatic comfort and interior privacy.
