The intention of the building is to provide spatial identity to the concepts of Justice, such as Equity and Transparency, seeking to shorten the cultural distance between the Judiciary and Society. For this purpose, an iconic circular form is adopted, avoiding vertices and spatial hierarchies, although it can also be conceived as a strip folded in a circle. This ring-shaped configuration creates a central courtyard which, given the slope of the terrain, allows the space to flow underneath, connecting the surroundings and drawing people inside. Sustainability and energy control were priority objectives in the design of the facades, both interior and exterior, of this project that seeks to materialize the principles of Justice through its own spatial conception.
