Transforming celebration into architecture was the challenge posed for this administrative office building, which was to reflect vital events such as weddings, births and new citizenships. This motivated a playful and festive character in the organization of the project, rigorously respecting the programmatic requirements. The proposal consists of a synthetic volume where the roof and vertical walls form a total façade, on which the image of a forest is applied, expressing the dialogue between the surrounding park and the building, through a grid of superimposed points on the glass skin that reconstruct this image.
