The challenge of this architectural project was to create a building that reflected the new institutional entity promoted by the State, offering an innovative service in taxpayer care. The proposal sought to integrate with the urban fabric of Rosario, respecting the presence of a historic 20th century building in the surroundings. A relationship was established between the existing building and the new project by creating an architectural system that incorporated the historic building as an integral part. Internal courtyards were designed to house independent buildings and the expansion areas were moved to the roof of the building, generating a new urban space for the interaction of employees and the public. These common spaces encourage meeting and relaxation, combining modernity and tradition in a unique architecture.
