Suit Hacoaj Building

The building is located within the Hacoaj Club, in the northern area of Greater Buenos Aires, surrounded by the Tigre River. Inspired by the sinuous curves of this plain river, we proposed a building that undulates in its section, evoking the natural fluidity of the environment.

The project is developed on an extremely narrow 200-meter-long plot, becoming the club's new façade facing the neighborhood. These gentle undulations not only create a renewed and distinctive entrance for the club, but also integrate a transparent commercial base on the ground floor. Above, temporary apartment units and meeting areas for members are located, creating a light effect that gives the sensation of floating above the landscape.

The building’s roof is conceived as an elevated club, designed to provide a unique experience. It includes a running track, swimming pools and restaurants, offering a recreational and functional space that takes advantage of the views and connection with the natural environment. This design seeks not only to innovate in architectural terms, but also to strengthen the bond between the club, its members and the surrounding landscape.
